Spiral Staircase Stringers

Our commitment to you doesn’t end when your job goes out our door. This project was completed for a customer in Hollywood, California. After the material was delivered, the customer called to tell us that staircase wasn’t fitting properly. Paramount Roll owner Ken Moscrip drove to the jobsite to evaluate the situation. After determining that there wasn’t a problem with the stringers themselves, Ken discovered that the customer did not understand how to make the transition from the landing to the stringers.

Ken explained how to make the transition and walked the customer through each step in the process. He didn’t leave the jobsite until the staircase fit perfectly — which it did, once his instructions were followed.

Spiral staircases are one of our specialties. We have developed proprietary jigs so that the fit is exact ( .25").
