Shop Foreman for Steel Fabrication

Paramount Roll and Forming seeks hiring a Shop Foreman with at least 5-10 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry. You must be able to read and understand blue prints and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. We are looking for a person who can be a leader and delegate work according to procedures set forth by the company.

The Shop Foreman will be responsible for:

• Carrying all instructions from the office to the shop floor, communicating clearly what is to be done to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction.
• Monitoring all work in progress and providing Management with status updates.
• Maintain the shop floor for safety, order, and cleanliness.
